Quick and easy to make, and sure to be loved by all! A classic flavour made even more delicious with smoked Parenyica and scallions.

5 medium potatoes
1 piece smoked Parenyica cheese
3 scallions
70 g Trappist cheese
270 ml cooking cream
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Sliced bread to taste
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and fry them on oil in a pan with higher walls.
2. Add 750 ml water and cook the potatoes.
3. Blend the soup with the potatoes using a blender.
4. Season with salt and pepper, add the cream, the chopped Parenyica cheese and the grated Trappist cheese. Bring the cream soup
to the boil once more.
5. Serve with toast and chopped spring onions.
