Preparation
1. Cook the pasta and drain it.
2. Fry the onion in a pan.
3. Add the Labneh and half of the cheddar cheese, melt together, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3. Mix the sauce thoroughly with the pasta.
4. Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the cheese is nicely browned.
